Our idea was to provide useful infrastructure to the south of Decentraland, that's when the idea of transit systems came to our heads. That's how we developed 3 different transit systems: one by rail, one by air and one using bridges.

We decided to develop each infrastructure following different artistic concepts that we wanted to explore. For its part, the train station as well as its rails and other elements are inspired by a retro-futuristic and art deco style. The aerial system has a more futuristic and modern aesthetic, with neon lights. The particularity of the five towers is that each of them has its own aesthetic, while the bridges that connect them have a mixture of styles.

It was a challenge to develop transit stations that were functional: there were many things to consider, such as the route of the train and how it would run on the rails. The problem of the train turning around on the way back was solved by having two carriages going in opposite directions to avoid having to wait too long for a train. The functionality was nailed with an aerial system and the towers, that we also turned their interiors into galleries in which to exhibit works of art.
